ANKARA, TURKEY - In a surprising development, Israel's ambassador to Turkey, Irit Lillian, has announced that discussions regarding potential mediation offers between Israel and Hamas have been put on hold. "Mediation is a consideration for a later stage. At present, we are regrettably tallying the casualties and attending to the injured. The number of abducted citizens is still unknown," Ambassador Lillian stated firmly.
